I download the latest kooboo kooboo_8099bf4cf702. When running Kooboo.CMS.sln Run -> Ctrl + F5 I get the following error:
Error 5642: Resource file "Cms_Data\Sites\SampleSite\Labels\Labels.resx" cannot be found. Kooboo.CMS.ModuleArea

It is a source code submission issue, the files was ignored.

Correct it at 765cd19591f7.
