Kooboo can not start in vs2010

i just want to start Kooboo in vs 2010 and hit the error as following
Server Error in '/' Application.

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Kooboo.CMS.Web' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
