how can i change language on Admin Panel?

Under system > settings you have an option culture.
Set this to whatever you want and save.
Then in you kooboo folder look in the folder I18N.
There you will find a new language file created with the extension .resx.
It will be just a copy of the English file so you have to translate it your self.

Hm.. i was wrong sorry.
The admin part is in english file i think.
I just changed it in english and it changed.
But the application has to be restarted in iis for the changes to take effect.
