Hello all,

I am new to KooBoo. I have started creating my Web site. Installed KooBoo, designed my layouts, applied the menus and titles etc. My site skeleton seems to be functional and as I need it to be.

It is time to get into more advanced things. I need to create a News list, a FAQ list with categories and a blog.

Now, I see that I can create new Content Types. Are these used to create new entities such as, “FAQ Categories” and “FAQ Items”? Is this done purely within KooBoo or do I need to create Modules?

It is not clear to me what these mean:
  • Content type: The type of informaiton. Example content types are news, agendas, events, and blogs.
Content folder: Where your content will be stored, similiar as a database table.

What do you suggest?

Thanking you all in advance!
