你好，我看见Kooboo cms下的I18N目录中有个zh-CN.resx文件和en-US.resx文件，前者是汉化用的资源文件，但不知如何汉化。我在kooboo cms的管理页面中，将Culture也选成了Chinese simplified了，可还是无法汉化。

你应该是在用户管理那边设置UICulture。

除此之外，I18N目录中有个zh-CN.resx文件汉化得极度不完全，几乎和没汉化没什么区别。
本人制作了个接近完全的（85%，还有部分和源码耦合在一起的没汉化。）
